We are looking for a dynamic and driven Communications Executive to strengthen our external communications, enhance our brand presence, and engage with our growing community. Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Communications:

  • Manage and oversee all communication touchpoints, including social media platforms, newsletters, collaterals, and the website.
  • Develop and maintain the yearly social media calendar, ensuring alignment with brand goals and audience engagement.
  • Craft and maintain consistent messaging across all external communications for clients and partners.

Content & Community Management:

  • Plan and execute content for APSY and AKIDS’ social media platforms, working closely with interns to meet deadlines.
  • Engage with the social media community, responding to queries and fostering meaningful connections.
  • Analyse social media metrics to assess performance and optimise strategies.

Project Oversight:

Lead major communication projects, including:

  • Newsletters.
  • Collaterals (e.g., flyers, brochures).
  • Website updates.
  • Community engagement campaigns.

Collaborative Leadership:

  • Guide and mentor interns, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards for content creation.


Who We’re Looking For

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in communications, social media creation, or a similar role.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic projects and manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives on ownership and accountability
  • A responsible individual who takes pride in delivering timely quality work.

Hard Skills:

  • Proficiency in design and editing tools, such as Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, Capcut.
  • Strong understanding of branding, project management, and communication strategies.
