At Antasis Pte Ltd, we managed Inbound and Outbound services for different industries. The selected students shall be assigned to our Outbound department, consitutes various campaigns: - Customer Acquisition - Lead Generation - Database Cleansing - Appointment Setting - Telesurvey The students shall be assigned to the above campaigns depending on the availability of the campaign, duration of the campaign, and resource requirement. Induction training shall be conducted on first day of job. The training agenda includes: - About the company - Core services - Core departments - Organizational chart - House rules - Job descriptions/scope - Meeting the management team - Office tour Further training on the different campaigns shall be provided to the students. The training programme will be made known nearing the commencement date of the internship. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
