Antasis Pte Ltd – Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
• Manage and resolve customer complaints where possible
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors/relevant departments
• Route calls to appropriate resources
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Process booking requests
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Upsell products and services when booking appointments
• Perform outbound calls to existing customers
• Complete call logs and reports
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• Candidate must possess minimum GCE “O” /”A” Levels/ NiTEC/ Diploma/College/Professional Certificate
• Preferable with 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Proficient in relevant computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Ability to multi-task proficiently
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin (spoken and written)
