Job Description

As a Sales Consultant Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting our sales efforts by:

  • Driving new business: Actively sourcing new clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Building relationships: Engaging with potential clients and understanding their hiring needs.
  • Supporting the sales process: Assisting with outreach, scheduling meetings, and learning how to manage the recruitment cycle.
  • Learning sales strategies: Developing negotiation, pitching, and closing skills through hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business leads.
  • Assist in identifying and researching prospective clients.
  • Support the sales team in managing and developing key accounts.
  • Learn and apply best practices in client engagement and business development.
