Job Description

The Anter team is looking for ambitious, motivated, and sales-oriented individuals. Anter will provide you with the tools and training you need to achieve your career goals.Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Win new business and strategically develop key accounts for the company
  • Develop effective business relationships with senior executives, understand their decision-making processes, and conduct effective business conversations
  • Proactively sell recruitment solutions while demonstrating the benefits of retained customers, advertising selection, and complex proposals
  • Make pitches to clients and secure interviews for candidates in response to recommendations
  • Handle offer processes with confidence, negotiate packages for candidates and clients, and respond to counteroffers
