As a Capital Consultant, you will be a key driver in generating new business opportunities and establishing lasting relationships with our clients. Your primary focus will be on utilizing your origination capabilities, financial knowledge, and understanding of capital markets to promote our services and secure new clients. You will play a crucial role in growing our client base and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking, prospecting, and generating leads
• Conduct thorough financial assessments and analysis to understand clients' capital market needs and develop tailored solutions
• Utilize your deep knowledge of capital markets to advise clients on our products
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value of our services
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as research team, to develop comprehensive solutions that meet clients' requirements
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry regulations, and emerging opportunities to provide clients with relevant insights
• Able to originate deals and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, origination activities, and revenue forecasts using CRM software
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of origination of deals in the finance industry
• Strong understanding of capital markets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, present compelling solutions, and close deals
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to evolving market conditions and industry trends
