Job Description

You will be managing the day to day operations of the company. This includes: 

  • Determining urgency of trips 
  • Prioritizing which trips to plan first
  • Ensuring the logistics of a customer's trip is in order
  • Liaising with our delivery partners for local and international deliveries
  • Liaising with our currency exchange partners for international currency
  • Managing customer support for travellers on trips
  • And every other nitty gritty detail that shows up in Operations
