The Re/View team within the ACIA works with Aon’s global reinsurance broking business (Aon Benfield) to provide analytical insights for brokers to help serve their clients better and find opportunities for their growth.

  • Understand the basics of reinsurance
  • Work with developers to enhance dashboards created via Tableau
  • Help developers solve business issues and brokers find insights by programmatically mining Benfield’s transactional database
  • Assist the team in collecting data from various global colleagues for the many reports in the Re/View product
  • Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements

  • Undergraduates graduating between December 2018 and June 2019 preferred 
  • Pursuing a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent discipline, 2nd class honors or GPA 3.0 and above strongly preferred
  • Strong interest in Analytics
  • Meticulous and able to multi-task
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Ability to work as an integral part of a team, fostering teamwork and cultivating relationships, as well as work independently or with minimal direction
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Critical and innovative thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Self- motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Adaptability – quick learner
