Job Description

Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for talents who are passionate to be part of fast-growing and exciting recruitment and workforce management agency. He or she will have the opportunity to work closely with the dynamic team to deliver human capital solutions to help our clients achieve greater business success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage key accounts for Temp/Contract roles
  • Source for candidates through different recruitment channels
  • Ensure compliance with all recruitment guidelines
  • Act as an advocate for hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide follow up
  • Build a consistent talent pipeline

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Multi-tasker, proactive, resourceful, dynamic, resilient, and driven to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Interested in Human Resources & Recruitment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong drive to succeed in placement closure
  • Attainment of CEI certification will be advantageous
