Job Description

Recruitment Consultant (Temp / Intern)

He or she will have the opportunity to work closely with the dynamic team to deliver human capital solutions to help our clients achieve greater business success.

  • Work Location: Tanjong Pagar
  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri Office Hours
  • Hourly rate: SGD11.50 per hour

 

  • Sourcing suitable candidates through various channels
  • Design strategies to reach targeted candidates
  • Prepare candidate profiles and arrange for interviews
  • Build a consistent talent pipeline
  • Manage communications with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process

Job Requirements:

  • No experience is required, training will be provided
  • Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level required
  • Multi-tasker, proactive, resourceful, resilient
  • Strong drive to succeed in attaining goals
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a supportive and collaborative team environment

Good opportunity for fresh school leavers to learn and have hands-on opportunities in the Talent Acquisition function, including sourcing methods/channels, design of strategies, and preparation of proposals to clients.
