Open to fresh school leavers with limited or no working experience. An opportunity to learn and have hands-on experience on talent acquisition function, including sourcing methods / channels, design of strategies and preparation of proposals to clients.
- Sourcing for Temp/Contract candidates through different recruitment channels
- Prepare candidate profiles and arrange for interviews
- Advertise and post jobs through different recruitment channels
- Build a consistent talent pipeline
- Liaise with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process and provide follow up
