Assist Manager to roll out redemption program
Office Hour Timing between Mon-Friday 9am-6pm
Best commission rates and target achieval rates for Telemarketeers
Basic Salary PLUS HIGH Commission.
CPF Contributions, Annual Leaves, Medical Leaves and
Staff purchase discount, Incentives, Bonus on targets.
Office located in Central CBD area. Accessible with wide choice of food around
Requirements
Strong interpersonal communication in English and Mandarin in order to cater to Chinese-speaking associates and teamwork skill.
Relevant Experience in Call Centre
Patient Personality with a high attentiveness to details
Well versed with computer operations for work reporting. MS Office Suites
Self Discipline and able to work without supervision
Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
Retail Beauty industry experience, an advantage.
