Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You will be reporting directly to the employer on daily basis and run through daily itinerary with her.
  • Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
  • Compilation of clients' policy documents and preparation of documents as & when needed.
  • Administrative matters & filing of business expenses
  • Accompany employer to meetings when required
  • Working concurrently & cohesively with employer would be required
  • Keeping the team up-to-date on the latest promotion and tracking of their KPI
  • Managing employer's social media & carry out recruitment independently and/or liaising with vendors
  • Handling petty cash with provision of receipts if any purchases are made
  • Any other ad-hoc will be included

 

Remuneration & Working Hours

  • Attractive remuneration of up to $2,500/mth, depending on experience, etc
  • 5 working days.
  • Working hours : 9am - 5.30pm

 

Criteria

  • Newly graduates are welcomed. No experienced are welcome as well.
  • Able to start ASAP
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
  • Good communication & conversational skills
  • Able to stay calm & composed under any unforeseen circumstances
  • Able to meet deadline & work independently
  • Proficient in utilising Microsoft Office.
