Job Description
- Create an AI conversational chatbot using in-house coding languages and architecture to achieve an humanised experience.
- Craft tailored AI bot scripts based on our client's customer engagement process.
- Define an efficient process for identifying targeted follow-up questions based on keywords.
- Understand and develop customer engagement process flow through consultation and facilitation sessions.
- Conduct research and analysis to propose recommendations to refine AI bot scripts.
- Collaborate with the business development and consultancy team to ensure effective project management.
- Review AI system, measure and quantify the impact of improvements.
- Execute proactive and reactive communications in response to developing issues.
- Result driven and proactive on job tasks.
- Experience working in a team setting and results-orientated environment.
