Job Description

Responsibility: 

  • Create job descriptions and advertise the position on job portals. 
  • Source potential candidates and conduct tele interviews.
  • Arrange the interviews with HR/ Managers and candidates.
  • Liaise with HR and department Managers on recruitment needs and hiring.
  • Prepare all onboarding and offboarding processes and paperwork.
  • Develop and support employee engagement and HR-related jobs. 
  • Support manpower recruitment for projects with department Managers.
  • Check staff attendance and absenteeism.
  • Ensure staff has applied for leave and matches the timesheet.
  • Update the recruitment database and submit reports. 
  • Other administrative duties.

 Requirements:

  • Interest and passion in HR and recruitment.
  • Willing to learn and create ideas to improve the process.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Keen to learn and explore hiring processes.
  • Keen to learn, target-driven, self-motivated, persistent and passionate about success.

Learning Outcomes and Objectives *

  • Explore the hiring needs and implement the procedures.
  • Learn the HR-related jobs and projects. 
  • Able to understand the workflow of recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Able to learn the difference in local and foreign recruitment.
  • Experience the AEC industries.
  • An independent role and learn working as a team.
