Job Description
- Provide administrative support to ensure municipal operations are maintained in an effective, accurate and timely manner.
- Co-ordinate responses to enquiries
- Monitor and update website and Facebook account
- Assist Consultants in writing of proposals and preparation of other relevant documents required by clients
- Co-ordinate and arrange meetings with clients
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
