Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and motivated business consultant to assess and reform business operations, provide expert guidance, and implement projects. The business consultant's responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing different aspects of the business, compiling data and reports, presenting recommendations, and guiding the implementation of new projects.

To be successful as a business consultant, you should have expert business knowledge and excellent communication skills. A top business consultant should have outstanding research skills and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Business Consultant Responsibilities:

• Meeting with and advising senior executives throughout the consultation process.

• Determining business needs and identifying weaknesses.

• Assessing and analyzing business practices and procedures.

• Compiling and presenting research findings and recommendations.

• Developing detailed project plans to drive changes and improvements.

• Organizing and managing business projects.

• Providing guidance when issues, challenges or problematic situations arise.

• Tracking and assessing the effectiveness of projects.

• Transforming clients’ business, either through digitalisation, workflow redesign or other methodologies.

• Partnering with digital solutions provider or other external partners for projects.

• Keeping up to date with relevant regulations.

• Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic as well as monitoring the online presence as well as online marketing activities of immediate competitors.

• Work with Sales Team to ensure achievement of overall sales target.

• Plan digital marketing campaigns and work with Marketing team where relevant for execution.

• Drive quality traffic to ecommerce sites to ensure conversions.

• Hands-on approach to executing and monitoring all search, social and display campaigns; build and own campaigns in line with marketing goals, optimize performance towards KPIs and analyze data and market trends.

• Devise new testing ideas and provide recommendations on new promotions, channels and targeting methods to reach new audiences, drive growth and maintain a profitable ROI

• Weekly marketplace analysis, trade partnering, negotiation for campaigns & exposure

• Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, consolidate competitor’s info.

Essential Skills & Educational Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Graduates in Business, Finance or in a relevant field.

• Two years' experience in loan consultancy, sales, business client service, operations or banking.

• Previous experience in business consulting preferred.

• Certification as management consultant is a plus.

• Strong research and data collection skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of diverse business areas such as IT, HR, training, and marketing.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
