ARGO Combat & Fitness Gym – Front of House Representative

Main Responsibilities:

• Uphold ARGO's values and our service standards
• Address inquiries from members and resolve issues promptly
• Maintaining good relationships with community members
• Identify foreseeable challenges and suggest improvements
• Tracking trial leads and renewals
• Provide facility tours to potential members of our ARGO community
• Familiarize and learning our Mindbody platform and user interface
• Assist with ARGO’s social media presence
• Housekeeping
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and security of ARGO

Sales Performance:

• Generating Daily Sales reports
• Assist Sales Lead in monitoring and reporting sales performance
• Communicate updates on feedbacks from ARGO community members and members of public
• Track personal sales progress in priming and closing potential leads

Ad Hoc Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on combat sport industry trends
• Attend internal briefings and training sessions

Requirements:

• Ability to provide excellent member relations and interact positively with ARGO community members
• Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with ARGO members and colleagues
• Meticulous and capable to maintain a clean and orderly workspace for our ARGO team
• Punctuality and consistency in attendance to ensure coverage during scheduled shifts
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for Combat Sports & Fitness (Optional): Genuine interest in health and fitness, with a desire to help others achieve their personal goals.
• 5 days work week (AM / PM shifts)
• 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
