Job Description

Role Overview

The HR Intern role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of Human Resources. You will assist with recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations, while supporting HR projects and data analysis for decision-making. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of HR practices while fostering professional growth through practical exposure and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

a)Recruitment Support

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.

b)Training and Development

Assist in designing and implementing training programs for employees.

c)Performance Management

Support the tracking and analysis of performance metrics.

d)Employee Relations

Provide support in resolving employee-related issues and maintaining a positive work environment.

e)HR Projects and Data Analysis

Support HR projects, including policy development, process improvement, and special initiatives.

Requirements

a)Education: Major in Human Resources, Law, Management, or related fields.

b)Skills: Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

c)Personal Attributes: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

d)Experience: Relevant internship experience in HR or a related field is preferred.
