Job Description

Customer Service

  • Identify and respond to customer enquiries and to ensure resolution to customer satisfaction for SEA orders
  • Co-ordinate shipping efforts between various manufacturing plant such as USA, China, Europe and 3rd party trading
  • Establish good working relationships with both internal and external customers, distributors / agents, banks, logistic, repacker and freight forwarder
  • Ensure proper documentation and all order management processes are in accordance to Company policies on revenue recognition, pricing and various import and export regulatory requirement
  • Co-ordinate with the repacker / contractor on the production planning to meet customer demand and ensure smooth delivery
  • Managing of Inventory to meet SEA demand and to minimise stock level
  • Preparing monthly sales forecasts to plant (Europe / USA / China )
  • Monitoring customers' A/C Receivables & Payables and resolve disputes pertaining to collections;
  • Preparation of shipping documents for Back to Back orders and according to L/C requirements
  • Handling customer complaints and provide corrective actions
  • Monitoring the isotanks and ton cylinders rotation from customers
  • Monitoring the heel credit in isotanks and prepare the necessary order management processes
  • Preparation of Tender documents for OEM customer
  • Preparation of Monthly Returns on Inventory records of Controlled Substance to Pollution Control Department
  • Preparation of monthly sales and sales forecast report Plan and arrange for the vessel booking to return the empty isotank
  • Monitoring customer R22 quota, import and export licence to ensure smooth shipment and within the regulations

 Fleet

  • Import activity of fleet (DMDS / Gas Odorant / HMP)
  • Key User and administrator of Fleet (SAP)
  • Maintenance of Fleet
  • Tracking of fleet's related costs
  • Manage inventories / Replenishment of 1 product line

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain
  • 1-2 Years of Experience
