Role purpose
• This is an internship position for undergraduates to provide management system and communication support to the SEA HSE team.
• Interns will gain the opportunity to develop gain knowledge on health, safety and environment through exposure within HSE Community.
Accountabilities
• Support to digitalize BizSafe management system into Arkema HSEQ Avanteam Document System
• Prepare driving HSE campaigns, initiatives and communication materials from Global to be shared across the SEA region
• Assist HSE in monthly consolidation of HSE related data and follow up on outstanding matters and safety performance.
• Support in ATLAS new implementation and assist to conduct follow up on observation and near miss reports, and incident report action plans for closure of the reports.
• Participate in HSE/QMS/Vendor Audits (ISO/Site) and audit scheduling
• Support Singapore office entity in office safety and risk assessment
• Support on existing directives & procedures on gap evaluation and site implementation.
• To be part of the ISO 9001:2015 team to evaluate on existing manuals and procedures and audit opportunity
Requirements
• Commit to a 6-month full time internship as specified, from June 2025
• Undergraduates with a background (but not limited to) in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Studies, Occupational Health and Safety Science Studies and/or related discipline
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Building relationships with key stakeholders
