Arrow Sports is a sports management company that manages Arrow Tennis, Tiger Kids, Tiger Kids Plus, and Arrow Multi Sports. Arrow Tennis is a tennis coaching provider who conducts private and group tennis lessons for kids and adults across Singapore, along with regular tennis events and workshops that are hosted weekly. Tiger Kids caters to toddlers and young children between the ages of 2 and 6, and provides sports exploration classes in tennis, soccer, cricket and multisports. This programme aims to create a passion for sports in children from a young age while aiding their mental, physical and emotional development through sports exposure. Tiger Kids Plus caters to kids between 7 and 10 years old and is similar to Tiger Kids. Arrow Multi Sports specialises in multi sports classes for kids and adults, with the main objective of creating a sports positive culture as well as promoting overall physical well being.
Create original content for our brands and manage our online presence on social media platforms. This includes creating posts for Instagram and Facebook, taking and editing photos and videos for our social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, as well as websites, writing and posting blogs for our websites to enhance SEO, tracking trends and audience response to posts, and engaging our audience on social media. As the Content Creation and Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the Management team and Directors throughout your internship.
We are looking for a creative, passionate individual with basic sports knowledge and a passion towards sports, who has good communication skills and can be a team player. Training will be provided, and you will be guided throughout the internship. However, as our intern, you are expected to be self-driven and motivated as well.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Maintain all social media handles (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Tik Tok, etc.)
- Create content for our brands for these social media platforms using tools such as (but not limited to) Canva, Autodesk Sketchbook, Procreate, Photoshop, etc.
- Head down to our locations to take photographs and videos for content creation
- Maintain a media-bank of pictures and videos of our products and services
- Create blogs that are relevant to our brands to enhance SEO for our websites
- Track audience trends every week and report to Manager
- Spend time (30 minutes to 1 hour) on Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok handles to gauge trends and engage with audience
Requirements:
- Creative individuals with a passion for sports
- Prior sports knowledge will be an advantage
- Basic photo editing knowledge
- Basic experience using tools such as Canva, Sketchbook Autodesk, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe, Photoshop, Procreate, iMovie etc. Training will be provided for some of these tools
- Knowledge of fundamental social media content strategies and integrated content creating will be a plus
- Detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and independent
- Team player
- Fluent in English
