Job Description

  • Assist CEO & Director on a daily basis.
  • Attend Online meetings and events with the Director to take notes or dictation at meetings
  • Comprehensively manage mailbox, appointment and google calendar.
  • Check social media posts, comments and reply
  • Respond to clients, contacts, and vendors with introductory mail or standardized materials.
  • Assist with major administrative tasks.
  • Conduct research when required/ tasked
  • Support with writing (or rewriting) of talks and presentations.
  • Creation of powerpoints and workbooks including the layout of multiple-page documents. 
  • Record and manage the database of clients.
  • Support Director with Project including Setup Eventbrite, Feedback forms when required/ tasked (using Google Forms) and generate survey reports

Requirements

  • Confident to Learn & Master NEW Business Applications:
    • Social Media Skills & knowledge (Linkedin, FB, Instagram etc)
    • Good Filing Skills (Google Drive and Dropbox)
    • Communication and Project Management (WhatsApp, Basecamp, Klaxoon, Google Form, EventBrite, Wix Messenger, etc)
  • Efficient with Mac iWorks or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams)
  • Data Management skills.
  • Cheerful & Positive Fast learner & Efficient
  • Keen sense of attention to detail
  • Has worked in a creative space is a definite plus
  • Self-sufficient with minimum supervision
  • Has initiative and assertiveness
  • Has proactiveness and is organised.
  • This position requires the candidate to report to our office at least once a week, other days can be WFH (flexible working hours).
