Job Description

Brief Description:

As an intern in the programmes team, he/she will be required to support the team, and the ideal candidate should:

1. Demonstrate a track record of arts education (such as involvement in a visual arts CCA/programmes in school), or show an appreciation of performing art forms (dance, music, theatre) or visual art forms (e.g. clay, oil painting, digital art, etc.);

2. Have good communication skills (not limited to written and spoken language - sign language is a useful communication method);

3. Have experience in video editing and graphic design;

4. Have experience working with people with disabilities;

5. Be caring, open-minded, and willing to go the extra mile.

 

Roles and Responsibility:

a. Managing volunteers and logistical support for performing arts or visual arts classes, annual

productions, exhibitions, and commissions;

b. Admin work for performing arts classes such as the collection of fees for term classes;

c. Other related work, such as publicity and marketing for productions.

d. Support with other general and programme-related administrative and logistics duties.

e. Implementation of safety measures management process.
