Job Description

Brief Description:

As an intern in the programmes team, he/she will be required to support the team, and the ideal candidate should:

1. Demonstrate a track record of arts education (visual arts CCA/programmes in school) or show interest in visual art forms (e.g. clay, oil painting, digital art, etc.) 

2. Have good communication skills (not limited to written and spoken language - sign language is a bonus);

3. Have experience in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint;

4. Have an interest in working with people with disabilities;5. Organised and willing to learn.

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Managing volunteers and logistical support for performing arts or visual arts classes, annual productions, exhibitions, and commissions;
  • Contacting beneficiaries, parents and caregivers.
    Student Administrative work such as the collection of fees for term classes;
  • Support with other general and programme-related administrative and logistics duties/ events.
  • Implementation of safety measures management process.
