Arte Oro is a jewellery design and manufacturing atelier that aims to provide an extraordinary personal experience of creating one’s very own pieces of bespoke jewellery by translating individual stories into the jewellery. Danilo Giannoni, our Creative Director and Founder of Arte Oro, started the Singapore-based company in 2017. He brought with him a rich Italian heritage in jewellery making and years of international experiences from Italy, the US, Middle East and Hong Kong. Today, besides Singapore, Danilo also has a workshop in Valenza, the world’s “capital” of jewellery making, with over 40 artisans working on design and craft serving European and Middle Eastern clients. Responsibilities for Sales and Marketing Intern
- Identify and obtain new business opportunities and potential collaborators.
- Support and cultivate the existing international and local clients and network.
- Create excellent and memorable customer experience by providing a high-touch sales process and educating customers with design and diamond and gems selections.
- Strategise, implement and drive marketing programs and campaigns, which include social media and digital strategies and implementation, by working with PR agencies, media and external parties and vendors etc.
- Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the marketing programs and campaigns in achieving and objectives while working within budgets.
- Monitor key competitors and market trends locally and internationally and bring insight to the team.
- Manage and support special/ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications for Sales and Marketing Intern
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or other relevant disciplines.
- Experience within the luxury industry.
- Some understanding and experience with advertising & promotion, social media and digital advertising.
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and resourceful, able to take initiatives and work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding multitasking abilities.
- Must have a passion for marketing and jewellery.
