Look no further! Artify Studio, a leading arts education company in Singapore, is on the hunt for a Marketing Intern to join our fun and dynamic team.

What you will be doing:

• Create and implement fresh and innovative marketing strategies to increase our brand awareness and attract more students to our awesome art classes and workshops

• Be our social media guru and create fun, engaging and informative content for our TikTok, Instagram and email marketing

• Identify new opportunities and insights for marketing initiatives by staying on top of the latest trends and tech

• Be part of our team in brainstorming and executing events and promotional activities that are both fun and effective in promoting our classes and workshops

• Share your awesome ideas and insights on new and exciting opportunities to promote our brand and grow our business

• Be a superhero (or supervillain, we don't judge) in supporting our team with daily administrative tasks and some logistical duties where required (e.g. order art materials, refill paints, take stock, studio phone duty)

• There will be some basic caretaking of the studio space on Mondays (e.g. taking out the laundry, and checking on the basic cleanliness of the space)

• We work closely in a small cosy team, so you may have to cover for certain duties of the other teammates as and when needed (like when they are on vacation)

• Work 4 days a week with us (Mon-Thu)

• Recently completed your A Levels, Diploma, or Degree

• Have a passion for the arts and education

• A good team player with excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality (we like people who can make us laugh) 

• A creative mindset and a can-do attitude (we like problem-solvers and people who think outside the box)

• Flexible and adaptable to different situations

• Familiar with social media platforms and enjoy keeping up with the latest trends; have used Canva, TikTok, and some AI tools before

• Proactive, self-motivated, and work well independently with minimal supervision

• Someone who loves to learn and grow, self-driven and resourceful when it comes to learning about and working with new technologies, tools, and trends

• Detail-oriented and well-organised

• Able to commit for 3 months starting from Mar 2023

These are great to have (but not compulsory):

• Education background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• Some work experience (Could be anything! Tell us about your previous part-time roles, temp jobs, side hustles, volunteer work)

• Copywriting experience

• Some design background, or an art-related hobby like drawing or painting

• If you have some samples of your social media posts or videos to share with us

• Chinese/Mandarin proficiency as we sometimes promote on Chinese language platforms like Xiaohongshu
