Company Profile

Established in 2014, Artify Studio offers a wide range of art services from children art classes, adult art classes, corporate team building sessions to community outreach programmes.

Modern life is all about productivity and chasing results. To us, creating art is a reminder for us to be fully present in the moment. Fronted by people-loving individuals who are passionate about art, we do not believe in "thinking out of the box" because we aren't limited by one in the first place. At Artify Studio, we do not believe in hierarchies. Absolutely anyone can do art regardless of the background they come from.

We aim to cultivate a better learning culture through art by providing a non-judgmental environment for absolutely anyone to experience the magic of art-making. Art is not a luxury, but for everyone.

We also believe that art is neither an occupation nor an industry; it can be done daily regardless of its form. No matter the level of experience an individual possesses, everyone is warmly welcome to our studio.

A room to others, a playground to us. We see our classrooms as a creative space to welcome new inventions and where fantasies come to life — some brought to paper, some even interpreted into patterns; a space where apples are purple and the seas are orange, complete with incredible stories and theories behind every handmade masterpiece.

Art is a form of expression. It keeps our curiosity running and our minds thinking.

We would like to invite you to embrace vulnerability once again and make memories and friends along the way.

  • Provide friendly guidance and support to students during class and workshop activities

  • Inspire our students and be their support during class and workshop activities

  • Establish and maintain good relationships with students and parents

  • Keep our studio space clean, organised, and inspiring (there will be some basic caretaking duties like cleaning up paint-y areas after classes, etc.)

  • Support the team in daily administrative tasks (like printing of images, photo-taking of students at work, marking attendance, etc.)

  • We work closely in a small cosy team, so you may have to cover for certain duties of the other teammates as and when needed (like when they are on vacation)

  • Work 4 days per week with us (Wed-Fri, and at least 1 weekend, most likely Sunday)

Hit us up if the following describes you:

  • Recently completed your A Levels, Diploma, or Degree

  • Passionate about the arts and education, and about working with people

  • Have some art or design background, and know how to draw and paint

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to adapt to different situations

  • Patient, friendly, and able to work with learners from different backgrounds, and of all ages and skill levels

  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

  • Detail-oriented and well-organised

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and work well independently with minimal supervision

  • Able to commit for 3 months starting from Mar 2023

These are great to have (but not compulsory):

  • Education background in Fine Arts, Design, Art Education, Animation, or a related field

  • Some work experience in customer service roles (Could be anything! Tell us about your previous part-time roles, temp jobs, side hustles, volunteer work)

  • Teaching experience

  • A mindset of continuous learning and growth

Here’s why we think you would love to work with us:

  • Gain hands-on experience in teaching art classes and workshops to a diverse range of students that will make you stand out as an art educator
