Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team:

 

  • Oversees the daily operations of the center
  • Proficient in handling customers’ inquiries and expectations, including prompt follow-up and proper closure of inquiries
  • Drives student enrollment by promoting the key features and benefits of our programs
  • Handles student registrations, payments, class scheduling, students' attendance and system updates
  • Maintenance of inventory levels and re-ordering when required
  • Works closely with teachers to understand the progress of the students
  • Develops good relationships with parents and updates them on their children’s learning progress
  • Ensures the safety and appropriate behavior of students in the center
  • Conducts regular inspection of the classrooms to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment
  • Supports in company events and projects as required
  • Performs other ad-hoc projects or duties that may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • O-Level/ Diploma/ Degree Holder
  • Pro-active and engaging personality
  • Good command of languages
  • A good team player and also able to work independently
  • Meticulous, organized and good time management skills
  • Able to work on both weekends
  • Work Location at Sengkang
