The Teacher Training and Curriculum Specialist is responsible for developing and enhancing curriculum materials, conducting teacher training, and ensuring effective instructional practices. This role involves creating engaging lesson content, planning and delivering professional development sessions, and providing ongoing support to teaching staff. The specialist will also evaluate curriculum effectiveness, monitor classroom instruction, and guide improvements based on educational trends and student performance. Collaborating with academic teams, the role supports innovation, fosters teacher growth, and ensures a high-quality learning experience for students.
