Job Description for Analyst Role
• Conducts thorough industry and market research based on business needs.
• Works with regional business development representatives to develop multiple project proposals and execution plans simultaneously.
• Provides analytical and business development support when required in ongoing Asaya projects.
• Advises the management team in strategic decisions.
• Oversees delivery of projects and presentation decks to clients.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, ensuring their business needs are met.
Key Requirements
• Demonstrated research abilities and exceptional verbal and writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple client stakeholders and multiple internal and external resources.
• Flexibility to handle multiple requests, sometimes changing priority mid-stream.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Fluency in English, desirable Spanish and/or one or one more Asian languages.
• No prior experience or specific background is required, but a business background is preferred.
