We are seeking a dynamic and efficient recruitment officer cum admin assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for recruitment and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Part time role with flexible working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Interviews coordination
- Sending profiling assessments
- Other recruitment follow ups
- Managing clients enquiry, from claims, support, follow up.
- Tutorials and Exams booking
- Managing of recruitment portals
- Jobs portal database calling
- Existing Clients servicing
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Acting as a point of contact for clients and vendors
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports for team meeting
- Ad-hoc tasks
Work commitment can be discussed, minimum of 3 working days per week between 5 to 6 hours per day.
