Responsibilities
- Support director & his team
- Correspond with clients via phone calls and emails
- Manage the daily, weekly, monthly agenda and arrange meetings and appointments
- Emailing to liaise with clients & vendors
- Social media savvy to manage social media accounts and websites
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Maintain the filing system & document expenses
- Other ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Entry level candidates welcome to apply; candidates with former admin experienced preferred
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Secretarial, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Candidates with relevant Working Experience Preferred
- Due to nature of work and requirement to liaise with Chinese speaking clients, candidate must be required to speak both English & Mandarin
