Ascentis Pte Ltd – Finance Admin

The Responsibilities:

• System Data Entry & Documentation (Sales Orders/Invoices, Purchase Orders/Invoice, Journal Entries)
• Assist with Commission
• Assist with maintenance of Accounting Schedules
• Assist with preparation of Documentation requirements
• Perform sorting, filing and scanning of documents
• Assist Finance Manager with month end closing
• Assist in Accounts Receivables and Payable
• Processing of claims
• Other assigned administrative duties

The requirements:

• Preferably with prior experience in assisting with Book-Keeping.
• Minimally ‘O’ Levels with Principal of Accounts (POA) subject or appropriate accounting qualifications.
• Familiarity with MYOB will be a bonus
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, Word.
• Adaptive and fast learner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player and able to work independently

Other details:

• 5 days work week (9pm to 6pm)
• Contract duration: 3 months (Mar 2020 to May 2020)
• Location: Walking distance from MacPherson MRT
