Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Update & maintenance of the staff personnel file.
  • Ensure that Insurance reports are submitted on time and administer Insurance claims.
  • Assist in gathering of inputs and data entry for compensation survey study for benchmarking purposes
  • Assist to review Collective Agreement for negotiation with the Union
  • Assist in staff recreation functions and staff communication presentations
  • Maintain all training records including data entry of On-the-Job training submissions and assist in preparation of quarterly training reports.
  • Administer Statutory reports and claim eg NS makeup pay, maternity claim, IRAS & CPF submission etc
  • Assist during orientation programme and property tour
  • Assist in work permit administrations and application via MOM’s online systems
  • Assist to grant access rights for HR-related systems and update status via internal portals
  • Coordinate arrangements for get-well hampers, condolences, and other staff welfare matters
  • Assist in procurement of admin items such as business cards, printing papers, pantry items, etc.
  • Perform any other duties as and when delegated.

The Company may assign duties in addition to those listed/described above and/or vary the scope of work according to business requirements.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Able to work independently and in teams
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and shows initiative
  • Well-groomed
  • Good Knowledge in MS Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel)
