Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of marketing plans.
- Support the development of social media strategies.
- Work closely with graphic designers and external suppliers to develop and execute marketing materials.
- Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media content across a variety of platforms.
- Provide clear and compelling copy for social media posts and ads.
- Coordinate monthly events, promotions and events through online and offline channels.
- Keep abreast of the education industry, competitor events and related news to provide fresh and relevant content ideas.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ways to engage our target audience and expand our community.
- Other related tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- University students in Marketing, Communications, or an equivalent field.
- Proficient in using social media platforms like Xiaohongshu.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools like Capcut.
