Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships with young learners and work with a professional development team committed to working with people. The candidate will have the ability to demonstrate organizational, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare teaching materials at the tuition centre prior to student sessions.
  • Conduct interactive classes and assign relevant homework.
  • Offer occasional consultation and feedback to parents.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the academic manager.
  • Actively participate in professional development activities organized by the tuition centre.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in the related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships with young learners.
  • Collaborative work approach with a professional development team, demonstrating strong engagement with students.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in teaching primary school and kindergarten children.
  • Proficiency in creating tailored lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students.
