The candidate will have the ability to demonstrate organizational, presentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare teaching materials at the tuition centre prior to student sessions.
- Conduct interactive classes and assign relevant homework.
- Offer occasional consultation and feedback to parents.
- Provide regular progress reports to the academic manager.
- Actively participate in professional development activities organized by the tuition centre.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in the related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships with young learners.
- Collaborative work approach with a professional development team, demonstrating strong engagement with students.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
- Extensive experience in teaching primary school and kindergarten children.
- Proficiency in creating tailored lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students.
