Job Description
Provide support to Human Resources Dept in various aspects of Human Resource Management functions, with the main focus in HR digital transformation.
- Provide support in the various aspects of Human Resource Management functions;
- Apply discipline specific principles through research and involvement in meaningful projects in HR digital transformation, e.g. latest human capital management tools, automation, e-platforms, app applications, etc;
- Recommend fit-for-purpose tools/platforms and review of HR processes for alignment with new technologies;
- Perform other duties as required to ensure a smooth operation of the Human Resources department.
