As a Graphic Designer, you’ll need to:
- Contribute to the design efforts for print, key visuals and digital deliverable ranging from EDMs, social media assets, websites, graphics, photos, videos and more
- Liaise with print suppliers for material specifications, printing and artwork submission
- Work with design, technology, and project management teams to ensure the project meets creative, strategy, and project objectives.
- Gather deliverables into client-ready presentations.
- Support the company timely and high-quality deliveries of creative deliverables
- Provide creative quality assurance for deliverable against media specifications, brand and design guidelines
- Collaborate directly with sales and marketing department to help shape the Grounded brand together
You’ll need to have:
- Ability to work with all forms of digital and print mediums and the ability to deliver on multiple projects
- Ability to utilize feedback/direction from the Creative Leads to generate multiple design explorations and reiterations
- A strong understanding of colour, typography and layout, an acute attention to details
- Ability to communicate effectively with creative and project management staff
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
- Relentless resourcefulness and eagerness to take on new challenges, introduce and implement new approaches and ideas, grow, test and learn
- A flair for design, detail-oriented, hardworking, good communicative skills and is up to date with current design trends
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in a related field and/or 1-2 years working experience in designing and delivering creative assets in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Highly skilled with Adobe Creative Suite (Minimally Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Working knowledge in Premiere Pro, AfterEffects and/or Dreamweaver will be a plus)
- Basic working knowledge of DSLRs for occasional event photography/videography
- Good knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken). Proficiency in written/spoken Mandarin will be a bonus
