Due to our growing number of projects in Asia, we are seeking Marketing Assistants to assist in developing marketing collateral for communication with our team, clients and partners. The selected candidate(s) will also receive the opportunity to assist the marketing team with campaigns.

Job Description

The selected candidate(s) will work closely with the Marketing team to develop material for marketing communications and campaign development.

The candidate will learn and be exposed to:

  • Real world knowledge of working with local and overseas consultants
  • Hands On – Develop and deliver marketing material to clients and partners and understand and appreciate the consulting industry
  • Participation in group meetings for campaign ideation and co-ordination
  • Network – meet a variety of professional people including clients and partners, providing opportunities for business networking
  • Mentoring – certain individuals can help guide you through your internship and expose you to unique and exciting opportunities
  • Appreciation of diversity and managing cultural differences in the region

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week around intern’s schedule during the academic year and are dependent on individual projects assigned
  • This is a marketing based role with training and proper guidance at commencement. Selected candidates are required to be present for intensive assimilation at the start, and if appropriate later, remote work will be arranged with familiarity on the tasks and team work.
  • Those who can prove their abilities to deliver will be offered a continuation of project based work past the internship.


  • Primary: Marketing Communication
    i) Jointly develop and draft creatives, copywriting for landing pages and email templates for campaigns ii) Understand and highlight the USPs of the company and promote company's offerings
  • Secondary: Campaign Development & Execution
    i) Assist in marketing campaigns and track response and effectiveness
    ii) Analyze campaigns through analytics platforms for social media, email marketing, pages, and website and make recommendations

Job Requirements:

  • Proven proficiency in written communication in English
  • Ability in Mandarin will be advantageous for communication to clients in China and Taiwan
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, preferable creative tools such as Adobe and MailChimp
  • Basic knowledge of marketing, knowledge and practice in B2B Marketing is preferred
  • Experience in Facebook, LinkedIn, and digital marketing platforms will be advantageous
