Job Description
- Assist in the customer engagement on B2B platform (banner design, copy, sms)
- Collaborate with other departments to make sure all trade marketing campaigns are executed on time, in full
- Handle all customer enquiries and resolve within the stipulated time
- Support B2B eCommerce Manager in the day-to-day operations of B2B
- Track promo use, customer acquisition, outlet activity
