Job Description
- Assist with the development of human resource initiatives to support the development of corporate policies.
- Represent the Human Resource department to potential applicants, current employees and the public in a professional manner.
- Respond to inquiries and ensure proper handling of requests for information and assistance from employees, management, outside agencies, applicants and the general public.
- Assist to maintain accurate and detailed confidential employee record files on matters such as employment history
- Assist HR team with day to day administrative duties.
- Participate and assist in organizing company events and career
