Job Description
- Orientation: Undergo TPM fundamentals e-learnings as part of his/her orientation.
- Project 1 – Operational Excellence: To support the expansion of our 5S program by coaching and helping the team to set the correct process and standards, while improving competency.
- Project 2 – Improvements of Digitalisation for Brewing: To understand and support efficiency and digital improvements in Brewing by developing tools that can help and facilitate their processes.
- Project 3 – Digital Projects: Support in the improvements of various digital projects, such as Performeter using Sharepoint/PowerAutomate/Power BI; Training Records using MS Form/PowerAutomate/Excel; Pass Approval using Power Automate/MS Team; Name list & Organisational Chart using Excel.
- Others/Ad Hoc: Support the expansion of our 5S program. Support the 5S of Supply Chain Digital Servers. Development of automated analysis and workflows for various departments.
