Job description
• Policy environment intelligence monitoring in key markets across APAC; analysis and collation of findings for secretariat and member insights.
• To undertake administrative management of a committee of over 200 Government Affairs and Market Access professionals and related working groups – minutes, action items, follow up communications.
• Project management support for Government Affairs and Market Access projects.
• Internal and external government affairs and market access event support and management including contacting speakers & moderators, collecting materials, organising briefing calls & helping plan the agenda & related logistics and comms (including website uploads, LinkedIn posts, post event summary etc)
• Desktop research.
• Writing and communications
Pre-requisites
- Post-GCE ‘A’ Levels / IB diploma candidate / 1st year undergraduate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Independent thinker and worker, who also works well within teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Organised, efficient and detail-oriented
- Strong co-curricular experience related to non-profit / public affairs advocacy would be advantageous
