The Asia Pacific Medical Technology Association (APACMed) represents manufacturers and suppliers of medical equipment, devices and in-vitro diagnostics, industry associations and other key stakeholders associated with the medical technology industry in Asia Pacific. As a trade association, our mission is to improve the standards of care for patients through innovative collaborations among stakeholders to jointly shape the future of healthcare in Asia Pacific.
Job Requirements
• To undertake administrative management of a RA committee including minutes, action items, presentation & follow up communications.
• Project management and operational support for relevant projects.
• Internal and external event support and management including contacting speakers & moderators, collecting materials, organising briefing calls & helping plan the agenda & related logistics and comms (including website uploads, LinkedIn posts, post event summary etc)
• Desktop research.
• Writing and communications
Pre-requisites
- Post-GCE ‘A’ Levels / IB diploma candidate /Fresh graduates
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Independent thinker and worker, who also works well within teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Organised, efficient, independent and detail-oriented
