The primary function of this role is to provide a full scope of client trust and corporate administration services for a portfolio of trusts and companies.
Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of international clients to assist in the establishment of new Trust and corporate structures and ongoing administration of existing structures.
New Trust business acceptance/due diligence procedures including review of completed Trust establishment documents and drafting Trust Deed and Letter of Wishes in accordance with client objectives/instructions.
Trusts are formed mainly in Singapore and New Zealand and occasionally in the Cook Islands and Hong Kong. New client company business acceptance/due diligence procedures for Singapore and offshore companies.
New Trust and corporate bank account applications. Ongoing administration to include compliance with statutory requirements including compliance with all MAS regulations.
Assist the Manager with the completion of periodic review for a portfolio of clients based on client risk rating an according to company policy and procedures.
Terminations, liquidations, and winding-up of existing Trust and corporate structures. Timely invoices to clients and prompt debtor collection.
Liaise with the Accounting Department to ensure that financial statements are completed in a timely basis for trusts and companies under administration. Maintenance of trust and corporate records and internal

Ideally, experience will comprise of the following:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Trust & Corporate Secretarial services position. Strong knowledge of Trust law and principles.
A working knowledge of Singapore corporate administration services would be preferred, but is not essential. Knowledge of Singapore and offshore corporate law and good practices would be an advantage.
A basic understanding of financial statements for trusts and companies.
Personal Attributes :
Applicants should possess strong organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks in a prompt and efficient manner. Attention to detail is essential.
An understanding and appreciation for client sensitivity regarding confidentiality is also required.
