The Asian Advertising Festivals is a collaboration between Lions Festivals and Haymarket. The Festival and Awards - the region’s most prestigious awards for creative and effective communications, provide the industry with a platform to network and exchange ideas, bringing together the finest creative thinkers from around the world. The Festival offers an engaging programme of seminars and workshops focusing on creativity and learning.

The Festival Assistant's primary task is to assist the festival team on a broad range of activities leading up to the event, which includes but not limited to organising support materials, attending to queries, liaising with participants and more.
The person will be working closely with the Festival Director and Festival Manager and be highly involved in the following aspects of the business:
Telesales
This role does not involve hard selling, but instead you will be developing and continuing a existing relationship with contacts, informing the of new initiatives within the awards and encouraging them to begin the entry process as the deadline approaches. At the same time you will be able to answer questions about the entry process and offer deadline extensions where applicable or necessary.
Processing of entry materials for the Awards
The Role also includes reviewing of written entry submissions received to the Awards.
Onsite Involvement in the Festival
