Asian Trails Singapore – Operations Coordinator

Overall Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookings for ground suppliers (transport, guides, attraction and F&B) and ensure that confirmations are being provided within 48 hours.
• Prepare and finalize daily transfer log, welcome kits and gifts for all arrivals, excursions and departures.
• Perform follow ups on clients’ arrival and schedule reminders for excursions and departure transfer. Occasionally, visit VIP clients and groups for welcome briefings.
• Handle the company's hotline (24/7 on rotation basis), attend to clients request on the ground and conduct investigation on complaints.
• Assist in sourcing and negotiating ground suppliers contract to ensure that rates are competitive in the domestic market.

Qualifications, skills and requirements

• Diploma/Degree/Highest Education 
• An excellent command of English (verbal and writing) is essential
• Candidate must have related working experience at least 1-2 years.
• Proficient knowledge of PC operation and software application, especially MS Office, E-mail and the Internet as well as good typing skill.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to prioritize and organize are preferred skill sets to fill this role. Working under pressure is to be expected
