Job Description

Administration Clerk cum Co-ordinator

1) Answering incoming calls from customers

2) Responding E-mails from Internal and External Customers

3) Prepares Quotation /Delivery Order /Cash Sales/ Proforma Invoices / Collection of Extinguish for servicing and refilling

4) Prepares various type of certificates-Land /Service/Riser/Hydrant

5) Area location list and need to indicate the location description for next year servicing

6) Needs to coordinate with the service Technicians / managing the daily servicing schedule

7) Needs to collect the daily cash sales /COD from Service Technician for Customers that had paid upon completion of the jobs

8) Updates the COD report every week, call or e-mail to follow up with customer for outstanding payments.

9) Order Secure Labels and Certificate copies.

10) Any other admin work as required
