Intern, Human Resources - Onboarding & People Experience

We are seeking for an Intern who will be able to drive continuous improvements and streamlining processes to achieve operational excellence in ASM Human Resource department.
A day in the life of Human Resources - Onboarding & People Experience / Operations Excellence Intern
- Understand HR operation fundamentals and develop As-is and To-be end to end process maps.
- Review and improve on current onboarding, recognition and offboarding processes to enhance employee experience.
- Streamline local onboarding process and integrating with global onboarding roll out for new hires in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Opportunity to create a “leaders teaching leaders” and peer learning platform for managers on a quarterly basis.
- Design and develop New College Graduate (NCG) Management Program (in collaboration with Talent Acquisition team) to come up with a structured program for NCG hiring.
- Other duties as assigned by your Supervisor.
What Will Make You Successful?
- Undergraduate (penultimate year) pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business with Data Analytics major preferred.
- Strong in Excel, VBA / Power BI and Video editing skills.
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
- Ambitious and talented with excellent study results, have an international orientation, thrive in a multicultural organization.
- You have great flexibility and enjoy a motivational level that is best described as ‘passionate’.
